The hotel was ok for the price considering all other hotels were very pricey. Good enough for 1 night. The parking garage was full we had to park in the street. The staff was nice enough but not helpful to suggest things in the area or solutions to the parking. If you are just passing through Aix like we were then it’s good enough.

The places bad if you drive in, do not explain rules, may be they can not speak English well enough explain. However they charged me of city tax when I was check in and when we about check out they try charge me again. They change the room and did not recorded on there record.

The hotel is new and clean and in a quiet area, just 6 mins walk from the train station. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. It would have been great to have 1-2 cooking utensils eg ladle.

Foul smell and blood stains on shests

There was a very apparent foul smell coming from the bathroom and our beds had blood stains on the sheets. When we mentioned the stains and asked for a room change, the reception only offered to change our sheets which we accepted because there were no other options. The bed still felt dirty and the smell kept us up all night. Terrible experience

Very friendly receptionists who were always there to help. Accommodated early check in and rented an umbrella for unexpected shower. Facility was very clean and pleasant. Only thing was the distance from the bus station and city center, of course still walkable and good deal for the price!
