Cauchemar - demande de remboursement

L’annonce ne précisait pas qu’il y avait 2 chats, je suis très allergiques, ça a été très difficile pour moi. Mon fils s’est retrouvé face à un énorme nid de guêpes le premier jour et s’est fait piqué, ce qui montre le niveau d’entretien de la extérieur de la maison. Un jardin en friche, un barbecue inutilisable car décomposé de rouille, au milieu des herbes sèches et au gaz, une « cuisine extérieure » annoncée se limitant à une table bancale, pas de machine à laver, un karting abandonné devant la maison avec des pièces mécaniques sur le sol, des travaux d’extension de la maison en cours. Tout ça photos à l’appui. Je souhaite remboursé à minima de vos frais, il semble évident qu’Abritel n’a pas fait correctement son travail sur cette location.
