On the legendary Route des Sanguinaires, we offer this magnificent, fully air-conditioned villa;
Located a 150m walk from the white sand beach and its beach huts;

South-facing;
Large living room, dining room, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.).
Terrace with private, secure pool for parents' comfort.
The pool is professionally maintained weekly.

The villa can accommodate 12 people, with 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, and 3 toilets.
A baby cot and high chair are available in the villa.
Beds are made upon arrival.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge;
The cleaning fee is not included in the price; it is payable on site at a fixed rate of €190.

Shops are a 5-minute drive away (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy).
There's no need to drive to go shopping in town; the bus stops just outside the house.

Great Long Weekend trip

Excellent location to get a fine mix of excellent nearby restaurants, hiking in the mountains and enjoying beach ans sea.

Apartement is nice- but neighborhood is not at all charming. Beach is crowded and washed out.

Apartment is nice and clean. We booked because we had to have AC, one AC did not work and was not fixed. Tiles in the pool were broken, we got cuts in our feet. To persons had to see doctor to get glass out of feet. Owner knew about this, but did not tell us to be careful, or did not fix it. The view in the pictures used in their ad is only partly true. Most of the view is into the back of a large hotel and into a huge apartmentbuilding.

Nous avons passés 7 jours magnifiques dans cette charmante villa qui nous a fait vraiment sentir en vacances.En plus d'une vue magnifique, l'emplacement de la villa est idéal, située en dehors de la ville mais pas trop loin non plus et très proche de la plage.La villa est équipée de tout ce qu'il faut. Il y a largement assez de place pour en tout cas les 10 adultes que nous étions.L'hôte est très accueillante et les explications quant au séjour sont très claires.L'hôte et la villa sont à recommander !Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour !

Trop de soucis

Ce nest pas une villa mais un appartement!Gouttiere sur notre tête à la porte d'entrée, pas d'eau chaude durant 2 jours,serrures cassees- notre petit- fils est resté enfermé durant plus d'une heure-porte du frigo et du petit congelateur defectueuses, lampe grillée, 2 prises raffistolees, volet donnant sur la mer fermé et cassé 3 jours....2 matelas tachés, dessus de lit abimésPetit étendoir à linge pour 12 personnes!...Vue extraordinaire sur legolfe à droite et à gauche car face à nous un hôtel cache la mer.Reaction tres rapide de la gerante mais fonction des artisans surtout un week end de Pâques.

Fantastic apartment for family and friends, Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay for our whole family. Grandparents, siblings and kids. Everyone got what they needed in this apartment. Very clean, spacious, great outdoor area and pool, and right next to several beaches. Specious rooms and bathrooms. Big closets and modern design in all rooms. Great restaurants are in walking distance at the beaches and there is also a bus going straight into Ajaccio. The location was perfect with everything near by. Communication with the host, Sabrina, was excellent. She is very nice and helpful and gave us lots of advise and information about the apartment and the area in general. We would love to stay here again.

Sabrina, hôte très agréable et très arrangeante, villa très propre ...mais...on loue une villa pas un appartement avec des locataires bruyants au dessus,dans le descriptif pas indiqué que nous avions une chambre en sous sol et qu'il fallait ressortir de la maison pour y accéder ... Du balcon ,moitié vue mer moitié vue toits avec les clim☹️ pas chouette!! La piscine pas sécurisée et pas très clean...

Un site ideal pour un immense plaisir en famille

Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel à la fois. Une grande disponibilité de notre hôte. Une villa parfaitement équipée et située à deux pas d'une plage à l'eau turquoise et sable fin. Une tranquillité absolue. Nous étions 10 adultes de 27 à 91 ans. Un agencement des chambres et suites parentales très judicieux. Un espace piscine très agréable. Merci infiniment, Sabrina.

Bon séjour entre amis, localisation de la maison top ! Nous avons pu récupérer la maison le matin ça c'est super. Par contre la restitution de la maison est a 10h mais a 9h la propriétaire et la femme de ménage sont là pour commencer ménage et état des lieux, ça c'est un peu tôt... C'est la 2ème fois que je vais dans cette villa en 4ans c'est bien ! En revanche la literie et serviette de toilette sont a revoir, ça a vécu ! Une literie de meilleure qualité et du linge de toilette homogène seraient parfait. Bon rapport qualité prix en tenant compte des petites améliorations.

Superbe séjour entre amis

On a séjourne 2 nuits entre amis dans cette très belle maison. Tout était très propre. Le matériel mis à disposition était suffisant, la cuisine particulièrement bien pensée. Proximité des plages , calme réel. L aperçu mer est agréable. La piscine a été très appréciée. L extérieur consiste en une confortable terrasse et la piscine. Pas d espace de jeux pour les enfants , ce qui n était pas un problème pour nous car nous avions de grands enfants. Le salon est très grand, les salles de bains top. Merci pour ce superbe séjour, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable .

Excellent séjour dans une très belle et fonctionnelle maison

Séjour en famille dans cette villa très fonctionnelle, à proximité immédiate de plusieurs très belles plages. Maison répondant à la description de l’annonce, située dans un petit lotissement avec d’autres villas proches mais sans nuisance Emplacement parfait pour celles et ceux qui veulent être proche en voiture du centre-ville ville d’Ajaccio tout en étant préservé de l’animation. Accueil très agréable et souple dans les possibilités d’arrivées et de départs. Merci Sabrina et Vive la Corse 😊

excellent séjour chez Sabrina

emplacement génial, 4 vraies grandes chambres, toutes les pièces sont spatieuses, belle lumière, vue sur la mer (qu'on atteint à pieds en quelques minutes). Aucune mauvaise surprise. Ce qui était moins bien: nous avions 2 voitures : 1/emplacement exigu pour se garer avec des murs de pierres longeant les places =>nous avons abimé la peinture d'une portière de voiture en l'ouvrant trop vigoureusement. 2/la plaque de cuisson en vitrocéramique, malgré sa qualité, reste très lente à chauffer, il serait intéressant d'envisager de l'induction pour gagner du temps quand on doit cuisiner de grandes quantités. La propriétaire est adorable, compréhensive, s'est rendue très disponible en toutes circonstances et fait soon max pour que les locataires pasent un agréable séjour. Merci !

Der perfekte Urlaub!

Wir haben mit "unserer" Villa eine super Unterkunft gefunden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation (ich spreche französisch) mit Sabrina war einfach, Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.
