Excellent and friendly hotel staff during check in. I loved this hotel (Holiday Inn), that when you give them your drivers license, they don't make a photocopy. They looked at it confirm a few info, checks me in and hands back your drivers license. My concern with photocopying my drivers license is IDENTITY THEFT. Other hotels I booked through hotels.com, they DID photocopy my drivers license (won't take health card or any other card), even when i ask them not to photocopy, they said its "hotel policy". If I want to stay here, that I have to allow them to photocopy my drivers license. Lots of other hotel I stayed at doesn’t photocopy my license, so hotels that says it's hotel policy, i think it's all a bunch of lies.

Pleasant stay

Comfortable bed, heating system that works well, friendly courteous staff with a special mention to Ruthie (sp?) who looked after breakfast with courtesy and friendly attention, better breakfast than I expected from a standard self serve buffet style, Only reason for good rather than excellent rating - walls are too thin. Could hear coughing and sneezing in next room and someone complained about our tv being too loud (we turned it down).
