This was a great place for us. We had 4 people and it was centrally located to the people we were seeing for the holidays. They have 2 different living spaces which is really nice. We brought our switch and melted into those couches to play games. I think my only “critiques” (if you can even remotely call them that) are there is not a full length mirror, and I couldn’t find any cooking utensils. They had plenty of regular ones, but no spatulas or anything. Could a previous renter placed them somewhere silly? For sure. Just an observation. Carmen was also EXTREMELY responsive and answered any questions I had leading up to the trip, and during. Would book again.

The Cozy Get Away is as advertised, very nice home in a nice neighborhood. We are 6 retirees and we had plenty of room. Carmen was super easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had.

Communication was non existent. Pretty sure you get automated emails, so if you try to reach out you get no response back. House was dirty, there was hard “brown substance” on one of the beds when we arrived so we had to clean before we could settle in. 2 of the TVs didn’t work. But it was cheaper than a hotel and we didn’t need to stay in that house during the day so it worked for what we needed. Wouldn’t stay at that place twice.

Super clean and convenient location

This property was perfect for four generations of our family attending a reunion. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids, and the whole house was clean and well-furnished.

This house is nice with every appliance you might need.We had a tough first night. The place smelled as though someone was smoking weed there for a long time. It was already late after a day of travel, and we were ready for bed. The second bed had a SOILED blanket. Of course, that made it quite uncomfortable to get in bed. We laundered the blanket, and the soiled spot came out but took forever to dry and there weren't any extra clean blankets. None of the bedrooms had a dresser or chest of drawers.The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and an abundance of towels. Some of the towels were new and never washed. It is a nice house and after a day we got over the bed creepiness. Could use a couple of chairs on the nice decks.
