Just got back from a week's stay at the hotel! Had all you need for a break in Son Bou! Personally a hire car is a must and helps you getting around with little ones! Breakfast was amazing, pastries, eggs, bacon, Spanish omelette cooked to order, coffee on tap 👌!! (Used Blue Light to get an overall discount which made it free) Room could have been better placed but being picky! We had a double and sofa bed which was pulls out beds, not the greatest of comfort but it did for the week! All in all, would definitely return! Son Boy also has the best beach on the island by far for little kids as is shallow!!! 😎

Great place for families

it was very clean, had enough parking and the stuff was friendly. The rooms should have more trash bins for recycling (only 1), pool towels would also be good. This website shows that the checkout time is at 12 pm, but the hotels own website shows 11 am on one page and 12 pm on the other page, which was confusing, so I asked the reception and 11 am Easter correct time for checkout. It was also confusing for other guests and should be fixed. Otherwise, a very nice and relaxing place, would stay again.

Good hotel, spacious room, friendly staff

Quite location and works well if youre happy with a 20min walk to beach or restaurants (which we are). . Was a bit expensive but it is peak time with covid so to be expected. A good breakfast, very spacious room kitted with everything required. Overall a very nice stay

Lovely place and views. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast... however it was an open buffet... which should not be with COVID19 recommendations... What to improve: - Wifi was not working. Also it is not included in the price... We got a complimentary voucher though. However, we could not connect. As there is no network there this was really an issue... we were totally disconnected while in the hotel. - the main swimming pool was green. I don't think it was dirty but because of the old painting of the swimming pool it looked dirty and was not really appealing. This is a shame with such a beautiful garden. - Buildings need a bit of a refresh from the outside. A bit of paint and the place would look amazing!

our room wasn't available when we arrived. we were sent to another hotel. the room was inferior to the one we had booked. the next day our room was still not available. when we were finally showed a room it didn't have the 2 single beds we had asked for and no lift . so we rejected it. we were finally given a senior apartment in the afternoon and it was good. it is a pity as we wasted most of the first 2 days of our holiday. they compensated us with 2 free evening meals but you cant get back time that was lost.

This was our third time at the Hotel. Spotless in the rooms, comfy beds and great shower. Breakfast was good. The pool area is open and calm - you can really relax there. We thought the bathroom could benefit from a spruce up though as could the pool. However we had a fantastic time and the staff are brilliant

Breakfast excellent with a lovely choice of hot and cold food . Hotel manager was really helpful aa were the rest of the staff. We had cycled to the hotel and they were very accommodating. Grounds were lovely. We would return.

Well run nice hotel with well maintained grounds.

We enjoyed our stay because we wanted a quiet restful location. Hotel is good with friendly helpful staff. Looking a bit tired in places - needs painting outside . Full potential of the hotel is not being exploited - gloomy indoor pool the no one used in the two weeks we were there.

Nice Hotel with amenities.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The supermarket that was next door was nicely stocked and had the best fresh bread. The shuttle service was very convenient but I wish they would extend it into later into the night. It is a long walk from central Son Bou restaurants (35 minutes). The only down side, was the extra charge for the safe.

Nice small quiet family hotel with good facilities

The staff is very friendly and approachable. The hotel is very good. It has 3 different pools and a shallow one which it's great for the kids. The food in the restaurant is very good and has a great variety. Good entertainment during the day and at night for kids and parents. The room is spacious and clean, however, they may have a problem with the sewage as at times it was very smelly. Overall we would love to come again

Nice Hotel for chilling out but .............

The hotel is situated about a mile from Son Bou next to a national park. Lovely quiet location. The gardens are immaculately maintained. The room (Superior Junior Suite) was spacious and immaculate. The daily cleaner was very efficient. The king size bed was really comfortable. It is an Apart Hotel so we had a kitchen which proved useful. A supermarket adjoins the hotel which was handy although we were half board. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. It is a 4 star hotel. So what is the down side ? Whilst appreciating that FOOD is subjective we thought the food was sub standard for a 4 star hotel. It is served buffet style and like some other hotels we have stayed in it is difficult to keep food hot. Most of it was cold or at best luke warm, rarely hot. The (cold) desserts were however nice. If issues in the restaurant could be improved then this hotel could become a 5 star. A pity about the food. The entertainment was low key but Marco the Entertainments Manager was a gem. Also give praise to Moya Anibal who worked in the restaurant and bar. l

Nice hotel with beautiful garden and swimming pool. We had good breakfast with various food choices. Room was spacious and had air condition. Desk receptionists were always helpful. We had the possiblity to have a shower in the afternoon after the check out so we enjoyed the beach a bit longer on the last day

Had a wonderful weeks stay, having chosen half board option with self catering apartment. Hotel in a wonderful location although without a hire car you possibly could struggle. Room was spacious enough for the three of us and the only gripe we could have would be no kettle or microwave but not a problem due to half board option. Room and parts of hotel probably ready for a bit of tlc but clean and comfortable so no issues really. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and we'd certainly return.
