Semi-detached villa with private pool and sea views, located in San Jaime, a few meters from the shopping area and the beach. The house is built on two floors. Upon entering we find the living room with fireplace, kitchen and the main terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there is a bathroom, a single bedroom and one double bedroom.



On the top floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. From the bedroom there is an access to a terrace with views. Downstairs at pool level, there is a separate apartment from the rest of the house, fully equipped, which has a bathroom, kitchen-living room and two double bedrooms.
