This Mediterranean style villa is located close to the commercial centre and the beach of Son Bou, so it is ideal if you do not wish to hire a car.



The villa is divided into two levels. On the upper floor, from where you access the villa, you will find a large living room with air conditioning, fully equipped open kitchen and a single bedroom.



On the same floor there is a toilet and a terrace that offers wonderful views of the Son Bou Beach.



Stairs lead down to the lower floor where there are four double bedrooms. One has a double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The other three rooms are with twin beds, fans and share a bathroom.



All rooms connect to the terrace with sea views. From here you can access the pool area with outdoor furniture and a large barbecue area, equipped with refrigerator and sink.
Make yourself comfortable in this villa, which features a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
