Villa Atalis is one of our most outstanding villas, recently renovated and boasting a modern Mediterranean style. It's one of the most highly recommended options for families seeking a unique, spacious location close to Son Bou beach. The villa stands out for its minimalist style with all the comforts to make your vacation an unforgettable experience. This spectacular villa is located on the second street of San Jaime, offering breathtaking views of Son Bou beach. Villa 50 Son Bou has two levels. On the ground floor, there are five spacious double bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms and two with single beds sharing a bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a double shower, and three of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool. On the first floor, there is a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and fantastic sea views, as well as a living-dining room with a large wooden table and access to a spectacular terrace with stunning sea views. The outdoor spaces are one of the highlights of this beautiful villa. The enormous covered terrace with a lounge area and barbecue makes summer evenings even more special. Beautiful pool area on the lower terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION

-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.

-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.

-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.

-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.

-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.

-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.

-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle Bellamirada´.

-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.
