On the upper floor there is the common living-dining room area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and the outdoor laundry room. There is also a covered terrace with a barbecue area, offering excellent sea views.On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a private bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the common areas of both floors. The pool area and its terrace offer the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces of the house.
