The property was as described - it was in a great location, the pool temperature was perfect (no pool towels are provided), the kitchen was well equipped. Our only issue was that the air con only worked properly in one bedroom. In the main bedroom it turned off after 3 minutes which was very frustrating as meant we had terrible sleeps for the whole of our stay. Club Menorca was really close by foot and is a must visit.

Great location

Overall we loved the house. It was in a great location and the nearby beach was one of the best we went to the whole trip. Easy street parking for our rental car and the pool was great. Only wish was that the self service nature of the house was communicated more clearly. The kitchen had utensils and cookware but not even a bit or salt and pepper or oil so we had to buy everything we would need to cook for a few days but I’m sure it was removed when we left. It would be nice for guests to be able to leave behind pantry staples so that future guests wouldn’t have to keep re buying these things. Additionally things like toilet paper were not refilled and were up to the renters to purchase which is fine but just wasn’t communicated up front. Overall the house was great, I’d recommend it just know the nature of the self service.

Basic but what we needed - fab holiday

The Villa was basic but clean, did the job and we had a really lovely week. The pool and outdoor seating area were great and where we spent most of the time. The walk to the beach isn't too far but is down a lot (130!) of very steep steps which won't be good for anyone with mobility issues. It's 2 mins walk from Club Menorca which was a stunning place to drink/eat. Bit surprised I booked via vrbo and then was contacted by Agni Travel and then Sun Villas but all were very responsive and helpful especially Jenny at Sun Villas who we dealt with. Loved Menorca, beautiful. Hired an air con unit in for 90 euros per week which was very necessary as the Villa only has fans.

Great villa

Excellent value - in fact the photos listed don't show its true potential. Pool was fab Only downside - no aircon, but we survived! There was plenty of room for 6 adults. Lovely, quiet and central to Cala n Porter

La ubicación de la villa es muy buena, lo que nos dimos cuenta que la casa está bastante vieja y necesitaria un poco de inversión. La cocina, los baños, algunos muebles.... para el precio que se paga tendría que estar mas arregladita.

Está en una zona tranquila. Estuvimos en Mayo y todo bien. En las camas con los colchones que tienen se descansa muy bien. Hay restaurantes cerca pero en el que mejor comimos fue el restaurante Lorengo, varios días comimos allí y todo muy bueno. Y el teatro al cliente también excepcional.
