On the first floor is the dining room equipped (TV with digital channels and free Wi-Fi, DVD) with air conditioning with direct access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker and Italian or filter coffee maker and fridge with freezer. It has a separate toilet.There is also direct access to a beautiful and covered outdoor terrace with its corresponding built-in barbecue area, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea.On the ground floor are the three double rooms, the first room, a little larger and with access to the terrace with sea views, has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other 2 with single beds both with air conditioning and access to the terrace and finally a separate bathroom with shower.
