Villa Rouss is a nice 3 bedroom villa located a few minutes walk from the center of Cala'n Porter. This popular area caters for all with a good range of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The famous Cova d'en Xoroi is also nearby and the beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance of the villa.This charming villa has a private swimming pool and barbecue, perfect for several relaxing days in the sun. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.Inside we find a large kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, combi-type refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker and washing machine.It consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, the other two double bedrooms with single beds share a bathroom with a shower. The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 people.The cozy living room is well furnished with tables, chairs, comfortable sofas and a TV.
