My door key stopping working several times causing me to have to go back to the lobby to have it renewed. I was told the doors don’t line up correctly and it’s a common problem. The paint in room was peeling and the toilet was lower to the ground than normal. The room wasn’t the best but it was cheap and you get what you pay for.

We were assigned in the room 611, the room smelled bad and to our nasty surprised there were a big amount of bedbugs until we were changed to a room on the fourth floor

Convenient to the highway I felt safe in the room I slept well. The toilet didn't work properly the one chair in the room was broken I had a lot of trouble finding the hotel I had to call to ask him how to get there. There's no Albany plaza sign that you can read at night because the light on the sign is out and the building only says ramada. For the price that's fine but don't expect much

Horrible service. Breakfast had barely any options Staff first day was a gentleman, was kind helpful and pleasant lady next day was RUDE argued with me when I asked for milk for my cereal ignored my request for items multiple times Room was FILTHY hair everywhere showers dirty towels had a horrible odor Door would not latched closed After a day at a funeral service came back to room to relax was disturbed by BANGING loud knocks at about midnight on the door when answering no one was there. Water was brown colored coming from sink . Blankets were cigarette burn marks everywhere in a non smoking room . Electrical outlet sparked a flame when inserting my charger . Worse hotel experience EVER

One of the top 5 worst stays I’ve had.

No tissues, 1/2 roll of TP for 2 people. 3 very small pillows for a king bed. Asked for another pillow and told NO! No cups. No knobs on drawers. Card key did not work. Electrical outlet hanging out of wall. Want Eggs for breakfast? Handed out 3 hard boiled eggs!!
