Hot tub was cold…when I told front desk. They had no idea….

Convenient location for our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quiet.

Bought the breakfast plan when I checked in they said I didn’t have it and it didn’t include breakfast

We found drug paraphernalia in our room sticky spilll all over the place including on the tv remotes, foot rest and the fridge. These was something spilled in the kitchen drawers and dirty dishes in the dish washer. The walls are f the shower were smeared with something . The hot tub was out of order the clerk said it was broken for a long time now(this is one reason we chose this hotel). There were people hanging outside our window until 4am being loud and walking around looking in vehicles. We will never be back to this place!!!!!!
