Located in the exclusive Cortijo del Aire residential area (Albolote), this 150 m² holiday home with a 275 m² garden can accommodate up to 8 guests and features 3 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with video on demand, fan, washing machine, and a workspace. Families can request a cot and high chair for added convenience.
The private garden offers mountain views and includes both covered and uncovered terraces as well as a private barbecue. The private outdoor pool is available most of the year and features an outdoor shower for your comfort.
Parking is available both in the garage and on the street. Pets are allowed upon request, so you need to contact the host in advance. Events are not permitted on the property. Beach towels are provided. There are shared tennis and paddle courts nearby, a playground, toys, and books for children.
