There were several issues when we arrived, most of which the property management company addressed in the first 48 hours (which we appreciated, but having cleaners and technicians in the space half a dozen times was an inconvenience). Despite the cleaning, the smell of mold persisted, and they decided not to replace the TV with a blown-out speaker (so we couldn't watch TV). The power would go out all the time (sometimes it would blow out when using the kettle, sometimes when using two elements on the stove), and we would have to reset it. The condition of the property is not good. The bathroom floor is spongy and in need of repair; the walls need fresh paint; the furniture is tattered; and there's an issue with the kitchen sink that causes sewer odors and mold in the cabinet below. There is no heat, but they did provide a small space heater (in the bedroom closet). We found the other reviews to be inaccurate - note there are no wooden beams or stone walls. The wifi was fast and stable (when the power didn't trip off). We were there for 2 weeks and would not recommend it for long stays for all of these reasons. The location is walkable to Old Town and grocery stores. There is parking outside the building and you can usually find a spot, which is convenient.
