This one bedroom apartment in a residential area in very quiet and peaceful place close to big supermarkets Continent and Pingo Doce. The nearest Airport Faro 25km. 20 minute drive will take you to Villa Moura with its fantastic Marina and world class Golf courts. 15 minutes drive to the Algarve Shopping centre, 10 minutes to Old Town Square with beautiful beaches and cafes, restaurants and markets. Just 50 m from the apartment you will find a place to play a basketball, football , have a big tennis court. Around a lot of local shops where you can buy different souvenirs, bank, pharmacy , beauty salon, sport bar, selection of cafes and restaurants with delicious Portuguese food. The property is equipped with Air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with 150 channels in a different languages. The property has garden and city views. There are two balconies ideal for outdoor dining. Have a free parking space in front of the house. There are a Local Taxi, Albufeira Main Bus Station. Have also a beach bus.
