1- Áreas comuns pouco cuidadas e pouco limpas para além do elevador avariado 2- para um apartamento que aloja até 6 pessoas, apenas recebemos 1 molho de Chaves e apesar de referir a situação nada foi alterado 3-o estado de limpeza das loiças da cozinha foi deplorável o que também relatei por essa ocasião 4- a localização anunciada não era a correcta o que obrigou ao uso constante do carro
