Fantastic place, great management.

Beautiful and clean villa. 8 of us stayed in the villa, a mixture of adults, teenagers and toddlers, plenty of space for everybody and very comfortable accommodation. Thoughtfully laid out, and really well equipped for a stay. Kitchen was fully loaded with appliances and everything you could possibly need. Plenty of seating areas for everybody and very very comfy beds. 30 second walk to the pool, which was clean and nice. A private pool would be amazing but even so all good. The outside of the villa was very well maintained and in a nice quiet gated complex. The neighbours were lovely too! We had a slight issue with checking in, where the keys were not at the property, however, this was dealt with very swiftly and professionally by the management team and did not cause any stress or take anything away from the great holiday we had. All in all, I recommend this place highly, and cannot praise the communication skills of all the team throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Wasn’t as described on the website

The place and the accommodation was excellent and exactly as described. However I asked on 2 separate occasions if we could have a late checkout, as we was flying at 10pm and checkout was 10 am. They said they would come back to me but never did, and there was no one staying after us apparently. Baring I’m mind we did not arrive until 12pm, and got charged for the full day. I also requested a table tennis table, as it was advertised on the website for free- I was subsequently charged additional monies. When I raised it they stayed that the website was wrong. I also paid a a large deposit which I am still awaiting to be returned after well over a week of being back, I have requested and they have stated that they have not done their check yet.one of the chairs was broken - clearly this was an issue as the other chair had clear been fixed. I repaired the chair. I would recommend this place and would definitely go again, but the attached needs to be rectified for obvious reasons
