Summary:
Casa Gondi Gale Beach - Location wise you don't get any better. Just a 3 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to cafe/shops and just around the corner from Apolonia supermarket, the location is superb. Casa Gondi is a great well-established 5 bedroom villa with wonderful large private tropical lawned gardens. The mature garden and trees are stunning. Casa Gondi has welcomed over 15 years of happy guests who return year after year. But more impressive it is just a 3-minute stroll from Gale Beach - (just 150 metres!) arguably the best sandy beach on the whole of the Algarve.

The Space:
This location is the most sought after in the Algarve, and is very exclusive and yet the gardens are still very peaceful and relaxing.
There are 3 restaurants and a bar on the beach edge here, which range from snack bars to lovely seafood restaurants - (Try O GALEO) and a shop/cafe/bar right across the street.

The many restaurants and places you can walk to include the 2 Michelin star Villa Joya Restaurant - (the only one in the Algarve) and Apolonia supermarket, which is like a version of M&S.

Casa Gondi has electric gated enclosed private grounds, with parking room outside the house. The gardens are lush and established, with lots of shade and large palm trees. There are large lawns great for games and for children to play, and a fantastic large swimming pool. (10 x 4 metres!)

There is a large covered terrace with furniture, and a fantastic separate covered BBQ area with more seating at the other end of the garden. Here you will find a table-tennis table too for entertaining evenings at the villa. The roof terrace has 360 views and sea views.

On the ground floor of the villa you enter into the fantastic double level height entrance hallway which helps keep the villa cool during the hot summer months. You have a farmhouse kitchen with breakfast table, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob and large fridge freezer. There is a cloakroom/laundry and also two twin bedrooms downstairs, which share a shower bathroom.

The open-plan dining area and lounge has double patio doors leading out to the large covered terrace.
Upstairs are the remainder of the bedrooms. There is a large master double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and a balcony offering great sea views over the garden. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and a double next to a full bathroom are also on this level. All the bedrooms in Casa Gondi are air-conditioned.

The house is decorated to a traditional standard and has being lovingly cared for over the years. There have been hundreds of happy arrivals here for many years. Casa Gondi has been taken over by new owners planning lots of renovation over the next few years to make this house even more great.
