A modern 3 bedrooms townhouse located within a small gated community in Patroves Albufeira. The house is built in three floors. Lower ground floor has an L shape dinning/ TV lounge with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a WC. lounge has wide sliding doors opening in to Terrace with outdoor dinning table and six chairs. Next to Terrace is a small private garden and back door to communal pool and BBQ area. The ground floor has main entrance , 2 bedrooms and a family bath. The master bedroom has ensuite shower and balcony. Third bedroom located on first floor has also an ensuite shower. The entire house has free wifi and all rooms are air conditioned.
There is a big super market just 500 meters. The nearest beach is under 2km and Albufeira old town just 5 min by car. Free parking is available on site.

As fotos de publicidade são local foram tiradas, quando a inauguração, Atualmente, cadeiras todas rotas, bem como o sofás, institores há dois anos que não são carregados, churrasqueira exterior é um perigo o telhado seguro com estensores das obras. Electrodomésticos não foncionam, tenho fotos que mostram a realidade actual.

Zeer nette vakantiewoning in een rustige omgeving

Het was erg goed, de ontvangst was hartelijk en de uitleg uitstekend en in goed Engels. Alles is zeer volledig en alles werkt, de staat van de oven en vaatwasser is niet heel goed, maar het werkt wel. Het zwembad en de omgeving zijn heel erg leuk. Echt een aanrader!

Emplacement idéal, situé proche de la ville et de la mer

Super acceui de Adriana, la maison correspond à la description, quelques points d'amélioration. Manque : porte manteau, entrée et salles de bain, bondr manquante dans la baignoire, notices d'utilisation des appareils électroménagers, lumière extérieure à l'entrée, volet côté cuisine....
