Staff were very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfasts were incredible, so much choice. Hotel had everything we needed for a short stay and we are already planning our next trip next year. We had a partial sea view and the room was superb, comfy beds, spacious room and clean.

The hotel is new and pretty, however two situations happened that made our experience bad. Unfortunately I fell one of the stairs of the hotel, the deck stairs is pretty narrow and extremely dark. I was provided with no assistance nor follow up. In addition to that, I booked a 1 night stay through expedia as a gift to my brother and sister-in-law. Unfortunately, at the time of the check-out they charged my brother another night, saying that the one through expedia wasn’t paid. Even with proof of payment they did not yet return the money to my brother who paid extra. It is being more than 2 weeks now and we continue to wait for the refund.

Lovely resort style hotel. Pools, hottub were gorgeous. Excellent breakfast. We travelled around the area a lot, so we didn’t try the other restaurants. Great location near Old Town and Beach.

The hotel was a bit far from the old town but we use uber to get around and it’s cheap. The hotel was beautiful a lot of sitting areas inside and out as well dining options were great. Entertainment on the day we arrived was great. Staff were very friendly. Our room was big with a lot of storage. Overall it was a newly renovated hotel and it was beautifully done. Access thru the beach is by the next hotel which they own as well. It was quite a walk back up but not bad. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

There is a "family hotel" across the street with a DJ and loudspeaker system who plays and announces (loudly) all afternoon and into the evening. We heard this the afternoon we arrived and asked to have them move us away from the noise. The front desk would not move us but assured us the DJ stopped at 6 pm. He didn't. The 2nd night, he was still going at 9 pm, so my wife went down and insisted we be moved. They put us in a room away from the noise, which was pleasant. Overall, a nice hotel but be warned: there is NO direct beach access and it's hard to find. You must scramble down steep rocks to get to it, so not suitable for little kids or old people.
