Spread over three floors, the house features a living room with comfortable sofas and a dining table with upholstered chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 private terraces, accommodating up to 11 guests. The villa has 200 m².
