Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans 95 square meters across two levels. The house features practical and rustic furnishings, including a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, and satellite TV with a DVD player. This area leads out to a terrace. There is one room with two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. The kitchen opens out to the garden. On the ground floor, there is also a shower/WC. The upper level has one room with a French bed (140 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and access to the terrace. Another room on this floor has two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and a terrace exit. There is also a bath/WC on the upper level. The house features electric heating, although heating is not available in all rooms. The floors are parquet, and there is a roofed terrace.
