Only fifteen minutes walking distance (or 5 minutes by car) away from one of the region's most beautiful beaches and in the heart of Olhos de Agua ("the eyes of the water"), one of Albufeira's chic districts. Olhos de Agua is a residential and a quiet district. No one is in a rush, the locals are very friendly and that's what we love about our neighborhood. Our favorite coffee shop and bakery is just 2mn away from the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist optisch sehr schön. Ebenfalls die Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung ist fast perfekt. Es fehlten hier und da ein paar Sachen wie z.B. Garderobe und der Kleiderschrank war zu klein. Bei dem 3-türigen Kleiderschrank war eine Tür nicht zugänglich. Leider war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Kindergeschrei, Hundebellen und Türen, die durch die Türschließer zuknallten haben uns sehr gestört. Das klappern an den Geländerstäben im Treppenhaus übertrug sich durch die schlechte Bauweise im gesamten Gebäude. Unsere Beschwerde beim Gastgeber blieb unbeantwortet. Wir hatten zwei Wochen gebucht und wollten für die zweite Woche frische Bettwäsche. Darauf kam auch keine Reaktion. Gegenüber war auch eine Baustelle,dieser Lärm war zu ertragen und nur an zwei Tagen. In der Anzeige steht nur für Erwachsene und keine Tiere erlaubt. Dies bezieht sich jedoch rein auf die Wohnung und nicht auf das Gebäude mit schätzungsweise 50 Wohneinheiten. In der Anzeige hätte das klarer stehen sollen. Außerdem standen in der FeWo Anzeige 2 Bäder, es war aber nur ein Bad vorhanden. Der Gastgeber entschuldigte sich für die falsche Angabe. Diese wurde bei FeWo anschließend berichtigt. Eine Entschädigung blieb jedoch aus. Fazit: Für lärmunempfindliche kann man die Wohnung empfehlen.
