New construction Tri-level home built Sept 2025 in the Palisades Hills near the Rio Grande River/Downtown Albuquerque. Modern custom design has outdoor living space on a 600 sq ft rooftop covered patio w/ balcony, that has the best and amazing views of the entire city of Albuquerque, Manzano & Sandia mountains, & downtown ABQ. The patio has an Outdoor kitchen, Bar, BBQ grill, sink, & gas Fire pit. Sleeps 13, 3 bedrooms w/ 9 beds: 1-king, 2-double, 2-twin, 1 king & 3-queen self inflatable air mattresses, plug in turn knob inflate/deflate (located in master closet along with extra blankets, pillows, sheets). Both Guest rooms have a trundle double beds with single bed underneath that rolls out. The living room and master bedroom have 8 sliding glass doors that open to the rooftop patio and has views of the city & mountains. Everything in this home is brand new, this house has never been lived in. This property is the ideal retreat is for 1-2 guests or a family of 13 seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay with breathtaking views next to the fire pit.

We really enjoyed the views of the city all night and even had a hot air balloon land in front of the house in the morning. The house seems brand new and very convenient to the highway to go into town.

Beautiful home and wonderful deck with an amazing view of the city. We saw hot air balloons float by every morning we were there. So relaxing, welcoming, and calming and restorative decor and amenities.
