The hotel was very nice, staff was nice but not very attentive. We went to the rooftop and our oder was forgotten, we asked for refills on the complementary room amenities from the fron desk and these were also forgotten. Housekeeping picked up but did not really clean. Although the breakfast service was very good.

My daughter’s bridal party had a wonderful time here. Especially in the day of the wedding it was Hair and Make-up central. Convenient to the Mall and freeway. Only snag b was ge elevator. Center sweets were in separate floors we had to find the room key to unlock the elevator!

I didn't like that we booked a 2 bed suite and when we got there, we were told there weren't any suites. We ended up with a 1 king size bed suite with a pull out couch. It was very cramped and one the TV's was turning on without the remote. We just had to unolug it.

Very pretty hotel and extremely nice staff. However, incredibly thin walls. I was able to hear my neighbor’s phone conversation (held in a normal volume) clearly at 7 am. We were traveling with a toddler and experienced several meltdowns, which I’m guessing our neighbors fully experienced, too. Super stressful to try to keep kids quiet enough for the walls and I probably wouldn’t come back unless it was just with adults.

Breakfast is not up to par compared to other Marriott hotels. For instance, there is no self serve bar of eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, etc. Instead, they have 1 chef behind the counter who makes only 1 option: an omelet one day and some kind of odd vegan protein bowl the next. Then they have a yogurt bar with a small selection of fruit and a pastry stand with a small selection of mini muffins, bagels, croissants, etc. They also had a stand with packets of oatmeal. We ended up going out to eat for breakfast and coffee each day because their coffee machine was also broken.
