A one off bad experience?

We arrived at 5:00 pm, check-in is 3:00 pm. Waited for one hour before our room was ready although we were told just a few minutes. The desk clerk was rude and said she felt disrespected when we started inquiring after 30 minutes. No paper towels in the lobby restroom. We were told the hotel manager was out buying more. The pool was closed on Sunday morning.

Harassment

The hotel was nice but there was a check in lady who was making my family and I uncomfortable. She kept fallowing us, asking if we had a room, staring at us if we left the building. I’m not sure if they’ve been having problems lately but I definitely do not want to go back because of this. It felt like we were getting harassed.
