The person that was supposed to check us in was too busy talking about non-hotel business with other people for 10 minutes before checking me in and then while checking me in, continued to talk to one of the guest, as if I wasn’t even there. I also had problems with both elevators dropping while me and my children are in the elevator and this is a very frightening experience to feel like the elevator is going to crash. The first elevator that I was in, felt like it dropped an inch or two the second one felt like it dropped about 6 inches and made a loud crashing sound.

We enjoyed our stay. The location, staff, breakfast and workout facility was great. The additional fees for traveling with a dog were not outlined and we were surprised of the $75 fee for a small dog.

Home 2 Suites never disappoints. They are everything you need and nothing you don't. Traveling for work is difficult, so having a reliable hotel to make things easier is always appreciated.

Excellent customer service my check in was nice and I was able to get to my room a few hours before the set time of 3 pm. The King size bed was very comfortable and the pull out bed from the couch was also surprisingly comfortable too. The breakfast was nice and the staff did a great job keeping the food available since there were a lot of guests. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and knowing that they have a shuttle to the airport was a nice touch. I look forward to my next visit.

I never stayed there. I thought I booked a room there but it didn't show up in my trips on my Hotels.com app on my phone. I ended up making another booking. I'm not happy about it either. Very poor service in my book.
