THE HOME
This is a spacious, well-appointed home designed for groups and families of up to 6. All beds feature plush memory foam mattresses:

Bedroom 1 — king memory foam bed, smart TV

Bedroom 3 — two twin memory foam beds, dedicated desk and office chair, washer & dryer access

The living room features a smart TV with YouTube TV included. The home has gigabit internet throughout, ideal for remote workers or streaming. The fully furnished kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, tea kettle, and all the cookware you need. A second workspace in the kitchen makes it easy for multiple people to work from home simultaneously.

OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES
A private fenced-in front yard is a rare find in Nob Hill and the large backyard takes it further with a patio, firepit, and gas grill, making it an ideal setup for evenings outside. Both yards are fully enclosed and entirely private.
