These rooms are cool, spacious, clean, and offer a nice kitchen that has dishes & utensils. It’s a neat property. We’ve stayed here twice. Would stay again. Only complaints are the accessibility of the rooms located near the back of the property where there is no parking or walkways. Did not serve my husband and his broken ankle well at all. Also, both stays I was “greeted” by a woman who looks and acts like Roz from Monsters Inc. Very unpleasant individual.

My hotel mattress.

Samuel at the front desk was very nice, friendly and respectful. Accommodations were good. BUT I did not like when my bed mattress was moved to the right about a foot to the right. It was like someone was looking around through my room. This happened on Wednesday July 16th between 9am-12:30pm. I called the front desk and Samuel said it was Housekeeping. Then why didn’t housekeeping put my bed mattress back? Questionable to me.

The rooms are large and comfortable, and an excellent price for the location and amenities. We had two rooms, and while one was perfect, the other had pretty severe water damage in the shower ceiling and the toilet would not flush. We did not notify the hotel about the toilet until the morning since we didn't learn about it until bedtime, so I cannot say how they would have resolved it. As it is, they thanked us for letting them know.

Our stay at this location was amazing! Our travels started out very rocky and things weren’t going as planned, but the people that worked here, especially the managers, were very accommodating and helpful. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was great, with lots of different options! The room was very clean and comfortable and the pool area was also very clean and warm.

I liked the space of the room itself. It was actually very spacious. I only found two things concerning. First was that I had brought up to the front desk that upon first entering the room, I noticed that there was some minor damage to the sofa. I wanted to let them know and see if this was already documented because I didn't want them to take that and charge me for something I had nothing to do with. The front desk person just shrugged it off and said I'm ok. Perhaps, but when I have to put down a deposit for potential damage to the room, I would like some reassurance that this was already taken care of. The second thing I found concerning, was somebody tried to come into my room. Perhaps it was the cleaning crew, even though I did have the sign on the door stating not to come in. I did have the locking mechanism on so they couldn't fully open it. It was opened and then closed when it couldn't swing fully open. Now the door itself seems to be a little loose or something for during my 3 days there, the door kept being pushed as if somebody was trying to come in. Perhaps it was the wind or some of the kids running around since the pool was right outside. Anyways, with the door at least 8 times a day, sounding as if it is being pushed open, it made me feel as if I didn't have any privacy in the room I paid for. Those were my only concerns. Other than that, I actually felt the price of the room was well reflected.

They did not offer room service. We literally had to BEG for linen after asking 4 days in a room for a new set . The breakfast crew were rude and seemed as if they hated their job. They wouldn’t refill food options but would close early and have all of the staff come eat breakfast. One of the cleaners lied and said they cleaned our room when it actuality they didn’t. Beds were full size Nd not comfortable. We cleaned our first day because the bathroom wasn’t really clean. Very disappointed. I will say the two gentlemen working the front desk were great and friendly so Kudos to them.
