We had no working refrigerator, no ice bucket, TV did not work. Yes they moved us with no extra charge, but still no tv or radio.

Dilapidated. First room had non-functioning fridge, and room and hallway reeked of cannabis smoke. Replacement room had bathroom door that looked like it had been smashed open, with very rough repairs to the latch and door. Sink faucet leaked and sprayed water everywhere. Stains on the floor. Unauthorized charges on our card.

Was ok but could use some improvement

We only stayed one night as it was a quick weekend trip. The hotel was ok, staff was nice enough. The breakfast left something to be desired - no brewed decaf coffee, and needs more variety on the food. Toaster would not let you push the button up so you just had to hope your toast didn't come out burned. Waffles were I guess supposed to be strawberry flavored, plain would have been better. Bathroom had visible paint chipping. The heater/air conditioner worked good. TV remote was weird and tricky to use.

I liked the property. It is rebookable. For service I am happy. Employees are friendly. Only problem I found, at night time I did not see any person front desk and I am not confident about surrounding areas because it's not faraway from downtown.
