(see our other property vrbo nr 6522510 as quality reference): This air-conditioned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 6) with large private pool (8mx4m) with roman stairs in well maintained garden is located in the beautiful Las Fuentes area of Alcossebre. The villa also provides access to a large communal pool (July and August) and tennis court and is just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, natural park Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, ... yet in a very peaceful and quite residential street. The villa is well equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, dvd player, wifi, bbq, child cot, high chair, washing machine ... There is a terrace overviewing the garden and pool. From the upstairs bedroom you have a nice view on the natural park, light house and sea. Bed linnen, towels, beach towels, ... are also provided.
