Ideal for 2 to 4 people, this spacious two-bedroom boutique apartment offers an elegant and comfortable stay in the historic heart of Alcoy. Perfect for couples, friends or travel companions, it combines the beauty of original modernist architecture with contemporary décor that creates a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.
With a surface area of 60 m², the apartment is divided into two well-defined areas. The first includes a bedroom with two single beds 90 cm integrated into the living area, a bathroom with shower, a dining space and a small kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full cookware, tableware and glassware. The living room features a large window overlooking the building’s inner courtyard, filling the space with pleasant natural light throughout the day.
The second area contains an independent bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a private bathroom with shower. This room stands out for its charm and historical character, preserving a decorative period fireplace and two original modernist cupboards restored as wardrobes. It also offers a spacious balcony with views, with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a drink at sunset.
The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a minibar (extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries (gel, shampoo and body milk), as well as bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort.
On the ground floor of the building, guests have access to a shared area with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Although the accommodation has no reception, a member of staff is always available 24/7 to assist you quickly and discreetly whenever needed.
