Relaxing holiday

Anniversary in Spain

House was amazing. Ramon was super responsive and had great recommendations for us from restaurants, to hikes, to shopping, and even current events or festivals going on. Pool was a great temperature and made for relaxing afternoons. We used the wood fired grill once and made delicious burgers on it. Would stay at this house again and recommend to friends who may be visiting Spain or Mallorca in the future!

So close to Alcudia, but secluded in a way that made us feel as though we were in a remote finca in the middle of Spain. Ramon was engaging and responsive to our questions. I have shared pictures of the property and recommended it to friends and family.

A bike holiday

Awesome!!, very comfortable. Had an orange or tangerine tree in the premises with loads of fruit. Also an old fashioned wood and charcoal grill outside. We could bike right out of the front door and do all the famous tours in northern Mallorca. Alcudia was only 1 km away.

Beautiful rural finca- perfect for couples!

Me and my husband stayed here for 9 days in August. The finca is perfect for a couple! The house itself is on the smaller side, but perfect for two, really sweet and cosy and has everything you would possible need, including some basics when you arrive, as well as olive oil, salt and pepper, bin liners, washing up liquid… all the little bits and pieces you don’t want to have to buy when you know you are only there for a few days! Although honestly, how much time are you going to actually spend inside when there is beautiful weather outside! The grounds around the house are pretty big and very beautiful with lots of interesting artwork, all sorts of plants and fruit trees (including a fig tree that we picked fruit from and roasted for breakfast with yoghurt), and lots of species of birds too! The pool is lovely too- I think it’s around 8m, so long enough for you to swim up and down at leisure, and not cold at all either!! As well as lovely, the grounds are also very private as they are surrounded by hedges and it is a very quiet area. Although fairly rural, it is only a short drive to the shops and beaches… I would say a car is essential though. Last, but not least, the owner is great/m- he came to meet us when we arrived and gave us a lot of info about the house, where to go to eat, local beaches and more! I messaged him a couple of times to ask a few things and he was extremely helpful! If you are looking for a lovely holiday with your partner with a private pool, that is perfect for two but also has a decent pool, then this is the place! It won’t disappoint!

Simply superb!

5 * villa, lovely garden, pool and super clean. Plenty of outside seating areas and comfortable lounge. It is a perfect Finca for 2 people. Ramon the host was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet(even dropped us into town as taxis are hit and miss!) As the details mention the steps to the sleeping area are steep so if you have mobility issues it’s probably not for you, but we loved it! Thanks Ramon!

Fabulous Finca

This place is beautiful, the pictures do not do it full justice. The finca is very clean and the pool and grounds are amazing! Ramon gave us some fantastic recommendations for restaurants which we tried and enjoyed them all. Alcudia Town is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this finca for small families we stayed with our teenage son and it was perfect. The stairs to the bed on the mezzanine where quite steep but this did not bother us. The welcome pack left by Ramon was a lovely touch and got us through our first night without having to shop. It is with a very heavy heart we had to leave the beautiful finca and island but we will be back hopefully very soon! Thank you again Ramon🙂

Ideal couples retreat, beautiful finca, walking distance to bars and restaurants

Ideally located 15 minutes walk from the old town of Alcudia, 40 minutes to Port d’Alcudia(or 10 minutes by car). Beautiful setting in large private grounds , the finca was comfortable with all amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. Ramon was on hand by text to answer all questions and offer suggestions for the local area. We had a car but preferred to walk so we could enjoy a few drinks with dinner. Plenty of room outside for alfresco dining around the BBQ. Pool is a good size and in the sun most of the day. Travel to airport around 40 minutes. Supermarkets about 5 minutes by car for everything you need. Highly recommended , thank you to our hosts for their hospitality

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer gemütlichen, sehr sauberen, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Finca und einem traumhaft schönen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles was wir brauchten vor Ort. Der Vermieter Ramon war immer und jederzeit zur Stelle bei Fragen oder Hilfe. Durch den schnellen Kontakt und Rückmeldung per WhatsApp bei Fragen fühlte man sich immer gut betreut. Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Ramon begrüßte uns bei der Anreise persönlich und sehr herzlich mit einem Willkommensgeschenk und Erstausstattung im Kühlschrank. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

Tolle Finca für Paare

Beautiful garden and swimming pool

Great communications with the host, who was very helpfull from chek-in to chek-out. He also sent us many recommendations from market days, restaurants, events etc. The big garden is exceptional with a nice swimming pool. The house was perfect for two people.
