The main living room is located on the ground floor. There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, along with a useful bathroom. There is also a spacious furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying hours of relaxation in the shade. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All beautifully decorated, airy and cosy, they are respectively 2 doubles and 1 separate double bed. The terraces offer beautiful views over the village and mountains. On this floor there is also a family bathroom with shower. The top floor is occupied by the most impressive place in this house: a panoramic terrace with barbecue offering stunning views over the Serra de Tramuntana and the bright blue sea: a truly unique feature for a village house of this type.For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and 8:00 PM-8:00 AM.The tourist tax is included in the price.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property.
