Thanks to the spacious terraces (including barbecue and dining area), spending summer holidays in this property will be an unforgettable experience! Not to mention the wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and public transport: there is no need to rent a car.The interiors, recently renovated with taste and style following the most modern conveniences, still retain the traditional charm of this property. The main living room is located on the ground floor. There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, along with a useful bathroom. There is also a spacious furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying hours of relaxation in the shade. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All beautifully decorated, airy and cosy, they are respectively 2 doubles and 1 separate double bed. The terraces offer beautiful views over the village and mountains. On this floor there is also a family bathroom with shower. The top floor is occupied by the most impressive place in this house: a panoramic terrace with barbecue offering stunning views over the Serra de Tramuntana and the bright blue sea: a truly unique feature for a village house of this type.For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and 8:00 PM-8:00 AM.The tourist tax is included in the price.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Ein gelungener Aufhalt in Alcudia!

Das Objekt haben wir im Inserat beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Anschrift der Objektlage muss korrigiert werden, damit es zu keinen Unsicherheiten führt. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich. Wir haben uns mit dem Service sehr wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank!

Schönes Ferienhaus das - wenn man ein paar Kleinigkeiten beachtet (Text) - keine Wünsche offenlässt

Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand. Die Elektrogeräte in der Küche wie neu. Alles sehr sauber. Schöne Lage, weil im direkten Altstadtkern. Nur wenige Meter zu den kulinarischen Restaurants der Stadt. Das Auto sollte man aber besser außerhalb parken und nicht in der Nähe des Ferienhauses. Sollte auch kein Problem sein, weil eigentlich rund um die Stadtmauer mehrere kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Leider habe ich das zu spät bemerkt und das KFZ nahe der Wohnung geparkt. Die Straßen sind hier sehr schmal und die Spanier sind anscheinend nicht die Besten Autofahrer. Mein Fahrzeug wurde 2 mal angefahren. Aber alles in Allem war es ein schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Stadt. Bei der Ankunft gab es ein wenig Konfusion, weil mir 2 Adressen genannt wurden. Die 1. Adresse war die Schlüsselübergabe und die 2.te die Wohnung selber. Die angegebene Adresse (Schlüsselübergabe/Wohnung) stimmte aber nicht. Mir wurde die falsche Hausnummer mitgeteilt (11 anstatt 13). Am Haus 13 gibt es eine Schlüsselbox die mit einem Code geöffnet werden kann. Ich hatte leider keine Mail mit dem Nummerncode erhalten. Nach einem Anruf bei easyvillas wurde mir dieser genannt und der Wohnungsschlüssel befand sich in der Box. Hier der einzige negative Kritikpunkt: Das sollte man besser kommunizieren.
