This 100 m² villa is located in a quiet and secluded area of the nature reserve of S'Albufereta, just 4 km from the beach of Sa Marina. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people.
Outside, in the beautiful garden, you will find the private swimming pool of 7m x 3m, surrounded by lawn and sun loungers.
From its 20 m² covered terrace with outdoor furniture, you can enjoy unique views of the nature reserve and contemplate the beauty of nature in all its splendour and enjoy a good barbecue with family or friends.
The villa is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and pleasant, air conditioning included. It has a fully equipped independent gas kitchen, a bright living-dining room with 2 sofas, Sat-TV with satellite channels and WiFi and fireplace, 2 bedrooms with direct access to the outside, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and an open air car park in the same building.
