This fabulous house has capacity for 6 people.

It has a habitable surface of 120 m². Spacious living/dining room with a spacious dining table, as well as TV and WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen.

The house has 3 charming double bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Also on the ground floor there is 1 toilet.

On the exterior there is a covered terrace of 40 m2 and a garden of 2,000 m2 with lawn, as well as an old grove, which on hot days offers a pleasant shade.

There is also a barbecue available.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and requires only a short drive to the local beach, which is wide and very pleasant. The bedrooms were comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the house was very suitable for our needs. My main quibbles involve the check-in process and the accuracy of some information provided in the house user guide. I had not received access information for the home 24 hours before my arrival date and had to contact the property manager through VRBO to resolve the situation. The resolution came in time, but the problem caused added stress and frustration during the day leading to our vacation departure.Another problem was the accuracy of the online user guide for the home. The WiFi network listed appeared not to exist. We located the modem and were able to connect to the only listed network using the label on the back of the modem.The only other significant issue involved instructions for disposing of trash and recyclables. The procedures were completely out-of-date and no longer valid. We removed the wet trash from the premises but had to leave the mixed recyclables behind, as we were not provided with the containers required for street collection nor given a schedule for when different trash components would be picked up.

Excellent Property in quiet neighborhood

Our family of 5 had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Mallorca. Comfortable beds and extremely clean. All appliances worked properly and you wake up to birds singing. Really calm at night, no noises and very peaceful. Short drive to beautiful beaches. Parking spaces available inside and outside the property.

Wunderbar ruhig

Herrlich ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Alcudia. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, hat wunderbar bequeme Betten und eine tolle Terrasse. Ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir endlich ein Ferienhaus hatten, das reichlich mit Geschirr ausgestattet war. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns, die viel selbst kochen: ein neuer kleiner Topf und ein Messer, das richtig gut schneidet, wären perfekt (aber das ist nun wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht eingeschränkt). Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche hier und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen!

La casa esta fenomenal. Amplios espacios y sombras para el calor. Se puede hacer vida fuera de la csa incluso en momentos de calor. Todo fue perfecto, sin embargo las escaleras para subir al piso de arriba necesitan una reparacion, hay alguna pieza suelta, y puede ser peligroso. Y quizas un segundo juego de llaves en una casa de 6 personas seria bienvenido.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage.

Insgesamt desehr angenehm und ruhig. Alles da was man braucht. die Wendeltreppe zum oberen Schlafzimmer ist etwas beengt, ansonsten viel Platz. Ausstattung gut, aber teilweise nicht mehr auf dem Stand der Technik, was aber keinerlei Funktionseinschränkungen bedeutet.
