This impressive 3 bedroom villa built over 3 levels is in a great location in the resort of Alcudia, with the beach only a 5 minute walk away, making this villa ideal for beach lovers! What's more the resort centre is around 10 minutes' walk away with a selection of shops and restaurants, great for those not wanting to hire a car. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Casa de Lago is ideally situated between Alcudia's Es Gran Lake and the beautiful sandy bay. A pleasant stroll over the canal bridge and along the road will bring you to a choice of local shops as well as several places to eat and drink and the entrance to the beautiful sweeping bay. The central Strip of Alcudia is a little over a mile away which has a waterpark, go-karting and horse riding facilities and a plethora of pubs, bars and bistros.

The pool and outdoor area is beautiful and has lots of options for family play. The unit was comfortable and so were the beds. We needed very little air conditioning but it was adequate. The floors were not very clean but there was cleaning equipment. The thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating overall is the fact that there were no paper towels, napkins orToilet paper on site. These are basics that you should keep on hand for your renters. We had been traveling forNearly 24 hours when we arrived and had to immediately go to the grocery
