This place has a fabulous view and is beautifully appointed, but unfortunately management is poor and the place was poorly stocked - no soap, shampoo or conditioner, kitchen trash bags or washing machine tablets, and they are missing blankets for beds (no one mentioned at check-in that there's a charge for extra bedding!) The bathroom towels are like sandpaper. Management doesn't care if you have problems. For example, one day the electricity was shut off for five hours. Another day, the gas ran out for the cooktop. The road to the place is overgrown and the local hotel plays loud music until late at night. Of course some of these issues are not their fault but the real issue is that management is slow to help or outright ignores you when problems arise. This place could be really nice but due to poor management should be AVOIDED.

We loved every minute

Alexandra is a lovely host, responsive and accommodating. Bertha was a joy to help us get acquainted with the property. All is as represented in the pictures, just more beautiful in real life. We enjoyed great weather and travelled throughout the island exploring some of the great beaches and sights. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. William and Cheryl

Clean and beautiful view of the ocean!

The apartment was clean and the deck was spacious! The full kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook a full meal. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. Location was convenient to tour the south half of the island. The owner responds back relatively quickly and can converse in English via email. It helps to know some basic French while visiting the island. The island is very beautiful.

Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben 10 Tage in der wunderschönen Wohnung von Alexandra verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit den wichtigsten Dingen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich über einen Schotterweg, aber die traumhafte Lage mit grandioser Aussicht auf den "Diamanten" ist das in jedem Fall wert! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, insbesondere das Frühstück auf der Terasse mit dem Traumblick war jeden Tag ein besonderes Highlight! Merci beaucoup, Alexandra!

Vue paradisiaque

très bel appartement dans un très beau lieu pour une belle semaine. La terrasse couverte s'est avérée très utile et agréable en cette saison des pluies . La prestation d'accueil et de départ au top . Un point d’amélioration : manque une porte pour l'intimité de la chambre ( seulement un rideau ) . Un point negatif pour moi et à connaitre pour les clients: la présence d'un club a quelques dizaines de mètres avec des soirées certains ( ou tous ? ) week end dont 1 vraiment assourdissante le samedi qui nous a gâché la soirée et la nuit... Très calme tout le reste de la semaine dans ce petit ensemble de 3 appartements.

Un séjour au son des vagues

Un seul mot résume cette propriété, Wow. Une vue fantastique, dans un écrin de verdure. La maison est conforme et nous n’avons manqué de rien et en plus un BBQ que nous avons utilisé plusieurs fois dans notre séjour. On peut se rendre au Diamant à pied par la route et ensuite un sentier et faire les 3 km sur la plage. Et les 2 petites plages tout près sont idéales en fin de journée. Pour nous, nous y reviendrons. Super séjour dans cet appartement

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. La vue plongeante sur la mer et le diamant est incroyable, la terrasse est grande et bien équipée. On est bercé par le bruit des vagues... L'appartement est bien placé, au calme, et il y a trois petites criques très agréables où se baigner à 5 minutes à pied. L'accueil par Christine a été très chaleureux et professionnel. Je recommande cette location !

Le rocher du Diamant en toile de fond!

Nous avons eu l'occasion de séjourner 3 semaines dans la villa de Madame Tesson et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de l'endroit et la vue magnifique sur le rocher du Diamant! Une petite plage tout près était l'occasion d'une baignade en fin de journée et la présence d'une petite épicerie à quelques km seulement nous a été utile. Si vous appréciez vous endormir au son des vagues qui se brisent sur la côte, admirer le soleil se coucher sur le rocher et le morne Larcher, relaxer dans une villa accueillante et fonctionnelle, n'hésitez pas! De plus il est très agréable de faire affaire avec Mme Tesson, et Bertha, qui nous reçoit sur place, nous a réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux.

location tres agreable, propre, fonctionnelle, avec une vue magnifique et la mer en bruit de fond. Des petits oiseaux venaient partager notre repas le matin, pas du tout craintifs bref on s y sent bien. sans aucun doute j y reviendrai lors de mon prochain sejour.

Beautiful apartment with wonderful view

We had 8 wonderful days at this apartment. Everything was really tidy and clean. Even a bed for our baby was provided. All things you could need is there, including everything in the kitchen. A car is needed there, but with it you can reach a lot of different places on the coast as well as the beautiful places in the mid of Martinique. Thanks a lot for a magnificent holiday in this apartment!

Un endroit ideal pour des vacances en Martinique

L'appartement est tout simplement parfait. Une vue à couper le souffle. Un aménagement parfait avec vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Extrèmement propre (merci Bertha). Le seul petit inconvenient, il faut la voiture pour tout. Mais comme une voiture est indispensable en Martinique, en fin de compte pas de problème. La plage du Diamant est assez mouvementée, mais nous avons adore celle de L'Anse d'Arlet à 10 Minutes en voiture. A l'autre bout de L'Anse du Diamant à L'Anse cafard un petit restaurant à recommender: Chez Ernest. Directement sur la plage , une ambiance conviviale et des plats délicieux.

Un lieu de séjour privilégié

c'est avec beaucoup de regret qu'a la fin de notre séjour de 3 semaines nous avons quitté cet appartement et sa vue sur le rocher. Car nous avons apprécié son agencement et tous les équipements dont nous disposions avec un petit bémol pour le manque d'espace de rangement pour nos affaires(il est vrai que nous n'avons pas utilsé la moitié du contenu de nos valises). Quant au chemin d'accès un peu cahoteux on s'y habitue rapidement. L'endroit est bien situé, proche de Rivière Salée et de la voie principale de l'île ; une petite plage est rapidement accessible à pied. Bref c'est une belle et agréable location. Nous avons fait une sortie en mer avec un pêcheur conseillé par la propriétaire et on s'est régalé dans tous les sens du terme: sa gentillesse, son sérieux, son excellent repas de langoustes,poulet et poisson sans oublier ses rhums... le tout pour un prix raisonnable. . . N'oublions pas Bertha qui nous a accueillis et a réglé tous nos petits "problèmes" et qui se montre très efficace. Les renseignements détaillés fournis par la propriétaire avant notre arrivée se sont révélés très utiles tout au long de notre séjour.
