This was an absolute NO from the start. We checked in and then went to pick up our baby from her grandparents to come back to our room, when we came back to our room, there was a lot of weird things happening and a worker was yelling and trying to get rid of someone from the premises. Anyways, my boyfriend went to check the room and found that the bed wasn’t made, it actually looked like people had just left the room. It wasn’t the double bed that we purchased online. Bathroom and toilet were nasty, and there were roaches everywhere. He took a video for me because he knew I was not staying there and that is not to sound rude or anything, he just wanted me to see without having to physically go in. I immediately went to check out of the room and was told we can only be refunded back for two nights because we checked in earlier and didn’t say anything. Basically, he said we’ve been there for longer than 5 minutes so he can’t refund the whole three nights even though we didn’t even sit in the room, yet alone the premises for long.

Had to get a second floor room, no elevator. Had knee replacement surgery and climbing, going down stairs is painful. No remote for tv. No chair or table in room to sit and use computer for sales reports. Temperature in the 90's and the room was shut up and no air conditioner running when opened the door. Took 20 minutes to get room temperature
