The hotel maintains a clean and professional environment with friendly and attentive staff. Notably, it offers 24/7 security. We have had exceptional experiences with several staff members, including Shaimaa (room service), Klear (customer service), Aymen (reception), and Christen (cafeteria). Horrible stay, the neighboring room smoked and all of it would enter our room, the entire floor was non smoking but it did not matter. I woke up not being able to breathe due to asthma at 4 am.
