This villa has 5 double bedrooms, one of them situated on the upper floor and which does not have total privacy, 3 complete bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room with chimney. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the outside dining area. Outside there is a private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers, and a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue. The property is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms.



The golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca are only 5 minutes away by car from the finca, and the well-known Playa de Palma or S'Arenal, ideal for leisure time, are only 20 minutes away. A perfect choice to spend your holidays in Majorca, we are waiting for you!
