Ground floor (living area) of 50 m² with fireplace and bathroom with shower
Basement where there 'a' large kitchen with everything (oven, lavostoviglie, toaster, microwave, blender, Thermomix etc) and a dining room.
The house turns out to be perfect for families who want to spend a 'great holiday without depriving oneself of all comfort;

Fantastic location - well equipped, comfortable house

Loved the property and the location. 3 minute walk to beach and to supermarket. Restaurants and bars nearby. Car is helpful to visit local beaches. Was asked to sign rental agreement in Italian. No prior notice given. No translation into English provided so had to use Google translate. Also lady who showed us round the property spoke no English but that was ok as all appliances straightforward.

Spatious house in nice residential area close to the beach

Spatious and clean with good ac. The electricity went off every now and then when using the ac, dish washer etc but could be easily switched on. The fridge was quite warm so difficult to keep fresh food but a very good supermarket around the corner so everyday shopping is no probs. Also a small bakery across the street and a fruit and vegetable stand just outside the door. A few good restaurants nearby and very close to the beach. Great parking space in the back yard.

An excellent location for a family holiday in Alghero

We were delighted with this property. We spent a long time considering our options and were not disappointed with this choice. It is in a perfect location, a short walk from the beaches (Maria Pia our preference by far), very close to a supermarket and very good local eateries. Easily walkable to the old town, so no rental car required. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable, excellently equipped with very nice outdoor spaces and a barbeque (plus private parking space if required). Alberto was very responsive and helpful at all times, prior to arrival and throughout our stay. We recommend this property highly

Very nice house close to the beach

We had a great time in this house and the host followed up the small issues we had in a good way. We were eight people and I think it would be better to be six since the sofa in the basement was not the best to sleep on. It was about a twenty minutes walk into the old town but the busses ran regularly.
