Cozy Pan-Abode cottage on 2 acres of land with water access to beautiful Kawagama Lake. 12 minutes to town of Dorset. Four large updated bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, one including a desk an additional twin bed, living room space in basement, including a laundry room with washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to make your delicious meals. Living room is surrounded by windows, has a new sectional couch with large TV with both netflix, prime and bell satellite. There are three fridges in total, one in the detached garage, basement and in kitchen. Dining room with fireplace. Large deck in front of the cottage with nice outdoor furniture and fire table, brand new weber bbq. Sandy beach entrance to the lake. Lots of outdoor sports including professional volleyball net, horseshoe pit, also a paddle boat and lots or indoor board games for rainy days.
