Sauberkeit

Sauberkeit gleich null ( Dusche, Herd, Töpfe, Tassen, Teller, Schüsseln dreckig, Wasserkocher verkalkt) Haare auf Bettlacken und Staub unterm Bett. Wir haben es der Dame die uns den Schlüssel gab und die Ferienwohnung zeigte gesagt und Bilder geschickt, aber keine Nachbesserung nur sorry sie gibt's weiter, dafür sind 60€ Reinigungskosten zuviel und wir bitten um eine Lösung der zuviel bezahlten Reinigungskosten. Bilder könnte ich auch bereit stellen damit man sieht das es wirklich nicht sauber war und wir selber erst noch putzen musten. LG Renate und Thomas Henninger
