After partying in Alia, take a little time to soak up the wider region of the Sicily area. View Sicily's rural landscapes and beaches. If the great outdoors are not your cup of tea, explore some of the area's ruins and castles. Or join the locals snowboarding, skiing and cross-country skiing while you are here.

It is well known that Australians are pretty laid back, so consider extending your stay and check out the Civic Museum and Church St. Nicholas of Bari, in Termini Imerese, 20 kilometres to the north of Alia. Punta Raisi Airport is located 70 kilometres away from the centre of Alia. If you wish to stay close by, you can easily secure a room at the Florio Park Hotel or the Magaggiari Hotel Resort.
