Lovely location and grounds- will need a shopping trip

Great location, easy to walk to beaches, easy bus into town (22). Checkin was seamless.The flat was stocked with enough soap/shampoo for one shower and there was no coffee or cooking oil, salt etc- so you definitely need to go shopping immediately for loo roll and bits. Other than that it was bright and the rooms were comfortable.We loved the giant mocha to make coffee and the compund itself had a little playground for our toddler.Unfortunately we lost one set of keys but the hosts were very understanding and sorted it out after we left at a cost of 50EUR from the deposit, which seemed reasonable since it was 3 keys and a special key for the compound.Overall, a good experience, and San Juan beach was dreamy.

L’hôte ne réponds pas avant la semaine du départ, cela n’est pas très rassurant, néanmoins l’hébergement est bien existant.La propreté est à revoir car à notre arrivé cela n’était pas propre nous avons dû faire le ménage…Le manque de Clim est notable en période estivale.La proximité avec le centre d’alicante est compensée avec le tram qui se situe juste à côté de l’hébergement.

Appartement bien situé

Appartement bien situé, près des place et du tramway. Piscine dans la residence bien entretenue, jeux pour enfants. Bonne literie. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il semble qu'elle soit bien équipée. Par contre il n etait pas stipulé dans l annonce que l appartement ne procédait pas de volets donc tres difficile de dormir et de rafraichir l appartement(vu qu il n'y a de clim). L appartement a besoin d'un bon nettoyage (blattes) et d'être rafraichit. Place de parking non nominative donc le soir quand l on rentre, nous avons du nous garer presque a chaque fois dans la rue. Quelques points a améliorer pour le sejour soit plus agréable.

Buena ubicación y vistas.

Estaba bien decorado y aprovechado el espacio. El aire desde la entrada a los ventanales hizo que no extrañamos el aire acondicionado. Tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia vacacional. La ubicación es excelente, calas y playas para ir caminando.
