`The 5th Element` is a 2 Bedroom apartment within a newly built building on the ground floor. A brand-new space combining nature elements with a modern touch. You have an amazing view from the balcony and an even better view from the big terrace towards a little pine tree forest.
2 Bedrooms each with a Double-bed. The King bedroom has a private bathroom en-suit with a bathtub and bidet.
A brand-new fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you. You will find here a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a spacious fridge with a freezer.
This place is located walking distance (20-30 minutes by feet and 2 minutes by car) to the amazing beaches of the wild Algarve coastline.

The apartment is located on the Ground floor in a brand-new, modern and energy efficient building with a total of 6 apartments. Elevator available in the building (main entrance).

Please note that a €150 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.

If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply .In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
